A tough session tonight but then again intervals aren't meant to be easy.:p

I could certainly feel the 21 miler still in the legs but nonetheless I will be just that little bit fitter from doing the session than if I hadn't so it's all grist to the mill (whatever that means:p).

Chick - It sounds like you've got off lightly in the stiffness department especially considering the struggling over the last few miles.

Krider - Nice to see that you're seeing the benefits of consistent efforts. Far more enjoyable and beneficial than the bull at a gate approach.:D

Uk - Some more nice running there. Hope you're not pushing too hard on these 'steady' runs.;)

Becky - Did you get grumpy? Must have missed that!;)

Now, where are those pics of Sammy........?:p

Some more good running Rich two days after a nice long run as well - very impressive as usual :D

Off to bed now - lots to do tomorrow and I am going to do it! I've found that eating even though I'm not hungry and am having to force it down makes me feel much better so I am going to try and eat a bit more over the next few days and see where that leaves me :D

I've no idea how you do that simultaneous running and smiling multi-tasking thing though!:p

Sally, my Prague pics are grim as well. Flabby legs - yuk! Both me and OH have vowed to lose about half a stone based on our pics over the weekend.

Rich - Consistent intervals there. I don't know how you do it. It used to kill me doing 3 x 1 mile reps. Hope you're saving some energy for the weekend when you will be pampering Becky ;).
