Morning all, wow this thread moves with some speed, I've only been offline a couple of days and it's taken me 1/2 hour to catch up again. Lot's of newbies too - hi Pepper, Geoffro and mkc I'm a newbie as well.

Glad you enjoyed your run Becky, I must look into these 5k's to see if there are any locally.

I had a rest day on Wednesday, did a 30 min brisk walk on the treadmill on Thursday, 2.5 miles, and intended to run again yesterday. Unfortunately felt a bit under the weather so had another rest day instead.

Am feeling ok today so my plan for today is a slower, longer run on the treadmill. I think I'm going to aim for 4 miles - will pop back on later to let you know how I got on.

Well done guys!! That is some great running!

I haven't been out yet - well, only to do boring stuff .....but should get out later this afternoon....

(but I am in housework mode, and as that doesn't happen very often, I am sort of seizing the moment for fear it doesn't happen again this year!!)

Thanks Hypno - I'm currently relaxing now (and for the rest of the day )

However, I entered Sussex Beacon yesterday and it looking pretty full so Sally and Rich if you're going to enter I would do it asap!
