Just got back
Sub 25!!!! I'm so happy I killed it totally with around 24:41
Yippeeeeee I like this free race thing and that pace is faster than I've been doing my intervals at and I saved a bit for third lap - still had a very fast sprint finish so I know I can go faster

Didn't quite go sub 20:00 this morning but very pleased nonetheless with another 'almost sub 20' clocking:p .
It still gave some positive indicators to the sub 40:00 10K being on for next Sunday.
