Im guessing 18:48
I'm not sure about that - it would put him in the top 5 and at about 75%, Rich will get to that but I dont think it'll be this week...here are last weeks results for comparison:

Drat looking at I'd have to run sub 25 or faster to get into the 60% range for my age - hmmm I was 58% on the 10 mile race so getting up to 60 is a big target for me...dont think that will be happening this week though0 -
Rich to get down to 20.05 for 5km is a real achievement.
I miss read your sig, thought it was the flm this year not next, had a brain fart moment.
Id be so happy if i could get down to 25 mins for 5km im only 2.30mins off it so its doable but id have never have thought of that 5 weeks ago when i started.Running Club5KM - 25:20(51.21%) 10KM - 53:40(50.26%)1/2 Marathon - 2.14.57(44.20%)Marathon 5:11:00 (40.78%)0 -
Welcome Geoffro and Pepper!
Well done to all you that have been out today! I've just got in from workand I'm shattered!
I'm gonna be cheeky here and ask if anyone would like to help me with a training plan? I suppose I could do it myself...I had a look on the Runner's world website and that advocates walk/run, which I know a few more experienced runners on here don't endorse. I just need some pointers really on where to start.
I understand you all have busy lives, so don't worry if it's too much to help me out.
Cheers:o0 -

Hi All,
Thank you for the welcome. I am very excited! Hopefully debt free & fit by Christmas or am I pushing my luck there?!
Good luck Geoffro - sounds like you mean business and its great that you can have something to work for!
Hmmm well, my first attempt at a brisk walk involved taking the dogs further than normal - however, I think I was the one being walked!!!!!!! Not sure if that counts as a start or or not really!!! Will be aiming to run the 5k race for life in Glos/Chelt which is normally June then would like to do the relay for life in October. Soooooo as I'm worn out from my slightly longer walk than normal, any advice really welcome!!!!:hello:  Hoping to be down to Loan Only by Christmas:j Getting there! :T0 -
In the interests of revenge this is the first ever picture of Becky in racing action:
