My calves went nuts to start with too - the upper leg muscles come much more slowly (mine are starting to get there when tensed
) the only thing you have to watch is that you dont develop the calves too much - which can cause shin splints I believe - try doing some squats and stuff to help build them if they are really slow to form
(I do this thing where I sit with my back on wall and make a chair positon - as if someone was going to sit on knees - and then stay there for as long as possible - that really works!)0 -
Got my new trainers :T, dying to go for a run in them, my feet were killing me in my last ones, I have a really high arch in my foot. Still not beat my 7.75k, but hopefully will soon.
