Well done on your runs over the weekends
ankle feeling much better would go and give a few miles but dont want to risk it with my first half in 3 weeks time so will rest it a little more ( as board as i'am ) (( only 5 miles done in 12 days))

) but I am prepared as I will ever be for a first marathon
