    Well done on your runs over the weekends :)

    ankle feeling much better would go and give a few miles but dont want to risk it with my first half in 3 weeks time so will rest it a little more ( as board as i'am ) (( only 5 miles done in 12 days :( ))

    and London far to bissy for the kinky shorts while the people are out shopping.

    no its not too close Rich (well ok another couple of months to get a bit faster would be good ;)) but I am prepared as I will ever be for a first marathon

    As for predictions I am happy to bet that I will be the last of us to cross the line but hey for me its about actually crossing the line for my first!
