Some nice running there Rich :D

Just been out for a great 10k - the second really strong run in two days pulse 80 time about 58 minutes and the legs felt goooood - I was contemplating staying out for another 10k but 48 laps of the garden is dull ;)

    Happy running all!

Nicely done - it looks like you have a new lease of life given today's positive news and the relative rest at the back end of last week.

That was a strong pace you managed there and it was obviously well within your limits if you felt able to carry on.

    Good news all round!!!:j

Indeed the rest seems have released the compound miles - I no longer feel like I'm working extra hard just to get round

I'm also making an effort to eat healthy - I've been so obsessed with not losing any more weight that I've been eating loads of junky calories for a few weeks whereas the last weekend and this week I've eaten loads of fruit and veg - and boy does it make a difference (although I've lost even more weight - not sure how to balance that yet hmmm)...

    Hello All!

So I'm allowed to carry on training :D:D:D

And my consultant called my journal his 'bible' which made me smile :D

Great news Becky; glad to see that you're able to keep going. :D:D

All this talk of FLM is just sooooo exciting and great motivation too. It's not fair - I wanna play :rotfl: :rotfl:

Hope all the aches and pains are fading today peeps!!!!

Will report in after my run this evening (am going to brave running home from work again as it's nice and hilly)

    Don't forget the bin bags!

All that standing around without being able to move much will feel pretty chilly even on a nice day - so bin bag with 3 holes in does the trick nicely!:D

:rotfl: :rotfl: That has so made me laugh histerically the thought of all the horse costumes!! I was watching the apprentice last night and seeing bits of where we will run made my stomach do a flip..

I picked up a bargain jumper at a charity shop yesterday £1, will then discard it once we start running and they can donate it back some charity :)

I used to be like seeing London on TV - its wfunny it never feels like that when you live here though :rolleyes:

(I'm going to have serious problems getting to work next week most likely as I have to walk past the houses of Parliment on my way to work and the G20 is on - doh!)
