Ukevas - do you live near Everest or something?? :rotfl:

Where I live in London a 10ft elevation change over a 10 mile run isnt uncommon :D (apart from the steps on the bridges of course :p)

We'll believe it when we see the data :D

Anyway, just got back from today's lunchtime run: 8.5 miles, 1:14:02, which I wasn't too displeased with. Should have had a minute off that, but the last half mile was *ridiculously* slippy, slowed me down a lot (and left a bit of a bitter taste in my mouth once I was back)

I am glad that I will be for the most part descending in the Edinburgh Marathon. That is no excuse for me not to put in the hill work in training though. I quite like it - I know that I am working

    Ooh becky - I love a bit of Tchaik......classically trained, I am:rotfl:

Right, fed up of watching you lot doing loads of miles and worried about the fact that time is ticking by.......I have got my trainers on, and am about to give my feet a test around the block.......I will report back, if I am still walking, in a bit!

    Wish me luck
