Yep in the last 2 days I've done 21.5 miles
And I dont feel tired at allin fact running twice a day is great - you get runners high twice
Got intervals again tomorrow though so may not be so cheery in the morning but we'll see0 -

I put my doctors hat on... and told my self that a muscle in my Butt has pulled and is rubbing against the vain in my butt which = pain.
only thing i can think if is when i was runnin in london i either got ran over by a bus or stretch over a large puddle. thats the only time i think i over did it.

No pain and legs feel mighty fresh...if it weren't pouring with rain I would be doing some more miles tonight! I can't wait for those nice summer evenings
