I feel almost guilty reporting my second 6 miler of the day - nice as slow as prescribed :D

    Happy running everyone!

Yep in the last 2 days I've done 21.5 miles :D

And I dont feel tired at all :D in fact running twice a day is great - you get runners high twice :D

Got intervals again tomorrow though so may not be so cheery in the morning but we'll see ;)

I put my doctors hat on... and told my self that a muscle in my Butt has pulled and is rubbing against the vain in my butt which = pain.

only thing i can think if is when i was runnin in london i either got ran over by a bus or stretch over a large puddle. thats the only time i think i over did it.

    Internets great aint it..:rotfl:

    7 - 10 days rest mind

Rich FYI I don't think there is a bowl big enough in my house to alternate my butt cheeks in ;) No pain and legs feel mighty fresh...if it weren't pouring with rain I would be doing some more miles tonight! I can't wait for those nice summer evenings :)
I'll make a wish, take a chance, make a change And breakaway. I'll take a risk, take a chance, make a change and breakaway ....
