Okay I am 75% persauded....:rotfl: where do i find out more!

Hey Sammy, over here :hello: You can be my virtual training buddy if you like (and I won't ask you to do my ironing)!!!! :D

I'm aiming to run Abingdon in October and looking back through your posts it seems that you are running about the same distances/times as me at present - 10k - 65 mins??? Is that right?

It would be good to have someone of a similar standard to compare notes with - and we can try to catch up with these 'experienced' runners on here. :rotfl:

I'm in 'thinking about it' mode too. I'll see how Prague goes before I switch to 'confirmed' mode. Oh, and there is the non-cheese-eating weirdo to convince too. :D

 When did that happen like :D .

Its more the question of maybe bringing Athens forward one year. but i wont know this till after Sheffield 1/2... and depends on what Euro / Pound rates are like come September time. But will be a good back up run if Euro / Pound is still rubbish.

 I don't know if I could cope with your chirpiness all the way round 26.2 miles Becky. I'm such a grumpy runner :p . Even my beloved OH turned round today, as I grumbled that the hill we were running up had gone on for about 2 miles, and said "Nothing's ever right with you is it?" Ooops! :p

HAHAHA Chick - I dont talk anyway - as Rich will attest - on long runs I just go into the zone and I'm gone - twice Rich has crossed over and I havent even noticed hes gone :D

But yeah I am chirpy in general - I love the idea of you being grumpy - Rich says you're lovely so I reckon you're not really grumpy :D
