calfs a little bit stiff this morning but hopefully the circuit training this afternoon will ease them.
Im trying to find out the difference between calories measured in metric and imperial. The reason is im trying to download a software package for my phone and it asks if i want the calories counted in metric or imperial and i have no idea which one i want to use!

Morning All!
A little sore in the tendon this morning, but the ankle is fine. Thighs a little stiff too - which is good because it shoes that despite the rubbish time, I was flying before the pain got too much and so have worked the muscles and got some benefit out of yesterdays run fitness wise too
Going for a slow one tomorrow morning and I'll make a decision about intervals after that!
Happy running all!0 -
Morning all, back to a regular routine this week, thank goodness! DS back to school and I have a full week at work. Intervals at track tonight, then back into the swing of my programme. Looking forward to Haweswater Half
Marathon on Sunday.
Glad you are recovering from yesterday Becky.
