    Morning

hardly any stiffness to the legs which I am amazed at considering how they felt when I went to bed last night. Run club tonight and thoroughly looking forward to it...think I have re-found my running mojo ;)

  • morning all,

calfs a little bit stiff this morning but hopefully the circuit training this afternoon will ease them.

Im trying to find out the difference between calories measured in metric and imperial. The reason is im trying to download a software package for my phone and it asks if i want the calories counted in metric or imperial and i have no idea which one i want to use!

    any help would be great

    Morning All!

A little sore in the tendon this morning, but the ankle is fine. Thighs a little stiff too - which is good because it shoes that despite the rubbish time, I was flying before the pain got too much and so have worked the muscles and got some benefit out of yesterdays run fitness wise too :D

Going for a slow one tomorrow morning and I'll make a decision about intervals after that!

    Happy running all!

Glad you are recovering from yesterday Becky.

Simplycynical, great news on your running progress. You are coming on in leaps and bounds.

Sally, well done on your long run. You are really flying at the moment. Enjoy runclub tonight.
