Hey, it does what I need it to! And I'm on ridiculously cheap line rental due to not getting a new handset! How MSE is that?
Will probably get the Garmin 50, at least I can just change the £1 sensor battery when it runs out, unlike the £12 Nike (Apple) sensor that need replacing entirely.Running Club targets 20105KM - 21:00 21:55 (59.19%)10KM - 44:00 --:-- (0%)Half-Marathon - 1:45:00 HIT! 1:43:08 (57.84%)Marathon - 3:45:00 --:-- (0%)0 -

Something like "Monkey Wrench"? I don't run with my ipod for this reason, sure way to a heart attack! Seriously though, I'm trying to do either fast or long runs, not both. I'm told it's not the way to go!Running Club targets 20105KM - 21:00 21:55 (59.19%)10KM - 44:00 --:-- (0%)Half-Marathon - 1:45:00 HIT! 1:43:08 (57.84%)Marathon - 3:45:00 --:-- (0%)0 -
Well done Beertins - another convert to long/slow or fast - it works in other parts of life too, but is especially good for running training

UK - next time I'm in the North I am sooo taking you out running - I will bully you into learning to run slowly!!!0 -

Okay I love 'money for nothing' first song ever played on MTV I believe

Try something like:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gloria_(Vivaldi)
Or http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Swan_Lake
For warming up/down and they should be available really cheaply since they arent in copyright anymore
And for medium pace runs I find Q Tip or dangermouse & jemini usually works pretty well
