Well done Sally - I am not surprised your legs are feeling it! I am heading out this evening for a similar distance.
I have just printed off the entry form for my Dad's memorial 10k run on Good Friday - seems a bit strange, *sigh* It would be great to get my much longed for sub 60min 10k done that day, but I fear that I will be a blubbering wreck for most of it!
Anyway, must stop being melancholy - I have work to do and miles to run!Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. They just wear better shoes. (Maud Van de Venne)Life begins at the end of your comfort zone (Neale Donald Walsch)0 -

Hi everyone, just popping in to say hello whilst on my lunch break. I walked 4.84k on the treadie after work on Monday (50 min 44) and had a rest day yesterday. Just as well really as I have developed a sore throat complete with an annoying cough and a headache. Will see how I feel after work today but have the feeling that this may be another rest day - very frustrating. Well done to all those getting out there; will be back joining you soon.2021 MFW No.18 £9900/£10,000Mortgage at 21.07.20 £178,999 Mortgage today £150,8910

Did 4 miles last night, just over 30 mins. Need a new sensor for my nike+ (after less than a year!), so don't know exactly.
Knee's giving me gyp again, no idea why. Am fitting in lots of rest days, but with football twice a week, it means not much running progress. Becky - 10 miles for the day and feeling good by the looks of it, I think your little tendon strain can be firmly placed in the mere niggle category.:D And the same pace as you did in the St Albans 10 - on a 90 pulse!!!!!
