Pace felt OK actually...It was mentally quite tough, but I think that will build up again with my fitness.

Did another 10k at lunch 48:30, so 7:50pace. I figure I'm back to around mid/late october training pace, so am probably only a month's effort behind my best now

Just need to start building the longer distance runs now - but struggling to find time at weekends lately.
