I'm a bit of a fan of purple myself (ok obsessed), might the venue be able to serve a cocktail of somesort based on purple grape juice? I'll see if I can come up with some ideas?

I'll get some colouring and try it out on myself. I'll let you know what happens.

I really like those hisbiscus flowers you can get from Lakeland to put in drinks too.

Neeny: I could easily become a wedding bore but then I'm loving planning it (apart from when it goes wrong)

Does anyone else find that the time is going a lot quicker now?? It seems to be flying by now!!!!!

I am finally at one with my hair extensions lol. They've been driving me crazy all week and today i went to see my usual hairdresser who shaped them and thinned them out a bit. Now I love them!!!! But I still don't know if I want them up or down on the day My hair looks great with my tiara - i wish i had a veil to see what it looks like lol. Im def going to order my veil this weekend. I saw a great one on Ebay but cant remember the name of the shop :mad:

Hope you all have a fab weekend. Im hoping to get out in the jungle thats called my garden to try and spruce it up a bit :eek:

Why don't you put 'Cassis' into the sparkling wine / champagne to make a very posh Kir Royale cocktail? The food colouring would definately make your guests mouths look like Veruca Salt from Willy Wonkas chocolate factory!!

Good news is that I have finally bought my veil. A two tier ivory elbow length scattered with AB swarovskis. A bargain at £25 :j

I cannot wait for my first dress fitting - 2 weeks to go

My tiara arrived and its so STUNNING was really tempting to show H2B but he's already seen the shoes so I mustnt show anything else.........

And Kir Royale is lovely, Creme de Cassis isnt too expensive either, what a great idea

Steph, congrats on the tiara. I'm really crap - ive been showing H2B everything! Well, apart from the dress. Hes seen my BM dresses, my shoes, tiara and i think he may have had a peek at my underwear lol
