Does is company offer good customer service? I never noticed Martin recommending this provider, I wonder why, perhaps I missed his recommendation?
The phone service goes over within about 21 days, not sure about the broadband, I use Telewest myself. It's PAC not PAC Code, it's MAC not MAC Code, it's PIN not PIN Number, it's ATM not ATM Machine, it's LCD not LCD Display, it's DVD not DVD disc... It's no one not noone, It's a lot not alot, It's got not gotten... Panini is the plural of panino - there is no S!!(OK my English isn't great, the sciences, maths & IT are my strong points!)0 -

NTL's 2mb Broadband is only £9.99 for the first 3 months, you then have to pay £17.99 a month for the next 9 months, after which you can call their retentions dept and negotiate a reduction, which they will give you if they think that you are going to leave.IF THIS POST HAS BEEN HELPFUL - PLEASE CLICK ON THANKS :j0 -

First time posting on here, but a member for ages. Love the site.
I don't know if anyone posts feedback on some of these providers regarding their service but I am in the throes of trying to move from Tiscali to Sky.
In a nutshell, I wish I hadn't bothered. Sky are the most cumbersome, lethargic operation I have ever come across. No broadband for 3 weeks and they still cannot get the router to me. Woe betide anyone who happens to miss the 2 attempts they make at delivery. Even if you rearrange as requested, the delivery service send the box back to sky.
From then on, all you will get is continual fobbing off about it being processed for redelivery with absolutely no light at the end of the tunnel.
Oh and an average wait time of 32mins on an 0870 number!!!
This product is complete cr*p.
Hope my experiences may prove useful to others0 -

My calls are currently going through TalkTalk although my line is still with BT, is it still possible for me to get broadband with Primus?0 -

As long as you leave your line rental with BT you can take your bb from anyone and also use a CPS such as Primus.0 -
Would I have to contact TalkTalk and tell them I want my calls changed over to Primus or would Primus sort TalkTalk out?0

No need to inform TalkTalk, Primus will contact BT who will action the switch, BT will inform TalkTalk you are moving away from them. It's PAC not PAC Code, it's MAC not MAC Code, it's PIN not PIN Number, it's ATM not ATM Machine, it's LCD not LCD Display, it's DVD not DVD disc...
