Heard of but not used - make sure that you check their t&cs before signing up for the deal - if I recall correctly from when I was on their site a few weeks ago, it is 14 days from the date of your bill which is a narrow window to submit your claim (given delays in bills arriving from the network, bank holidays etc depending on when the claim is due) and much shorter than most cashback deals.

  • I've just had a bad experience with this company. They sent me a phone that did not work, but I could not get through to them to get the problem resolved. You can't get through on the phone and they don't reply to e-mails, so the chances of getting any cashback out of them seems remote.

Avoid Clubmobile. I posted off my statement in time for my 2nd cashback. When I rang to ask why my account had'nt been credited their first question was 'did I send it registered mail'. When I said no they automatically said they had'nt recieved it and blamed Royal Mail for being unreliable. They did'nt check, just gave me a stock responce to avoid honouring the cashback. AVOID CLUBMOBILE!!!

I really dont trust all these companys like mobilerainbow however good a deal they are offering if you cant get your money back you still spent £400 or so for a year, I have been hunting around for a good deal because my nokia 7600 deal at £2.99 a month with CPW is up, after doing a fair bit of looking around I came up with a deal through CPW express which is a black lg u880 on the "3" network on their talk and txt 700 plan which gives you 400 xnet minutes and 250 txts a month free which after redemption cheques works out at £188.94 for the year, If you like me are quite happy using the phone that I got with my last contract, the Lg u880 is fetching around £100-£120 on Ebay at the moment bring the total you pay for the year down to around £90 or about £7.50 a month which considering that you have the security of knowing that your with a company that is actually going to be around in a years time isnt a bad deal IMO, details of the cash back are below

REDEMPTION INFO (7 Months £1.99 Line Rental):

Your first 3 months will be billed at £17.50* by 3. 3 will then bill you at
£35.00 per month for the remainder of your contract.

A further credit of £30.00 will be raised automatically by cheque within 2
months if you do not cancel your contract. You will receive a text message when
this credit has been successfully raised.

To gain the remainder of your line rental / cash back please send your 4th, 8th
and 12th monthly bills within 30 days of the date stated on the relevant airtime
bill, to us and we will credit you by cheque with £49.52 each time.

This will save you £231.07 over the 12 month duration of the contract. In effect
this means that your average line rental per month over the contract period is
    £15.74 per month.
