Wow Owens, you are right to be pleased with yourself, they are really pretty - crochet cotton? I was given some some vintage crochet trimmed pillow slips, but never thought of trimming some plain ones of my own. Another project-in-waiting, me thinks!Stash busting 2014 45 / 60 (balls of yarn)!

Yeah, it was such a great find especially when I was just learning, it makes things so much easier and it's much nice not to have a hole in the middle of everything round! :TI've just been watching that and it's fantastic! It's always been so fiddly trying to make circles the normal way - I'll use this one in future. I can't believe how easy it is.
Thanks Owens and must say I LURRRVE those pillow cases, hoping I'll be up to doing something like that eventually! So glad to see bluebellbunny ! yayyyyyy another "hooker" lol
Am gonna try and post my bunnies now....fingers crossed it works! The secret to creativity is knowing how to hide your sources.

This is the first thing I made, I call him Winky since he went a bit wrong ESPECIALLY the eyes!
He was so easy though that i got the bug and made some more

These photos either came out SOOO massive that they were all blurry or small so I opted for small! I have had enough of the bunnies for a bit now and am working on a hat and scarf and also a handbag for a present, oh and a baby blanket, will hopefully finish the hat and scarf by the end of the weekend :j I
Isn't it great being able to make things though? I LOVE it, mainly because it's the only thing I've ever really stuck with learning without being pushed and I did it totally on my own at home, I feel very clever :rotfl: hehehe! I do wish I knew someone else who does it though, would be cool to have a bit of a stitch and !!!!! gang, shame I can't type and crochet at the same time!!!!!

Maytaurus - thanks sooo much for the link, I've been wondering how to do piccies for ages. Now I'll be able to bore you all silly with all my crochet projects.
Habbibiboo I love to have several projects on the go at once to break the monotony then every so often I have to have a real purge and get them all finished.
Owens those pillowcases are lovely, I have a bag full of crochet cottons, guess what I'll be making sometime soon?
bluebellbunny I had trouble with the picture coming out just toooo large at first. I think if you click on the little piccies you've posted it will give you a larger image. Love the bunnies.

Oh wow that is going to be AMAZING Bella, can't wait to see it finished. You must have such patience to do such a big project! I have loads of bunny body parts in a bag cause I've gotten bored and couldn't be bothered stitching them together so no chance I'd have the patience for a blanket!!! :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:The secret to creativity is knowing how to hide your sources.

No, bluebellbunny, not patience just terminal fiddle fingers. Can't sleep tonight either for the excitement of being able to post a picture. Apart from the surrounding colours, the blanket is made entirely from the scraps of yarn I had left in my stash from a lifetime of knitting and crochet. You should see the state of my hands though, I look like a witch.
