I too think I haved been scammed. Usual story, applied got 17.9% apr, money will be in your account on Thurs, bla bla. I checked my experian report this morning they have not even done a credit check. My worry is thay have my card details so I am now off to the bank to change my card.

I actually signed the application form and sent it back. I did think that there was no direct debit form but did not consider the fact that there was no loan agreement form.

I was so desperate for the money for a new car so I can get to work that I lost sight of the fact that if something seems too good to be true then it usually is.

Do NOT have anything to do with this company they are just preying on people that are desperate.

wellll where to start.... I requested a loan and got the same outcome- phone call back from a mobile number asking me how much i wanted , am i in full time employment etc... and then but me on hold for a few secs to get back to me and say I have been accepted then I stupidly paid the £49.50 and he said he would send me the letters out the following day.. received the 'letters' filled them in etc... and now i have found this site !!! Noooooo!!! not sent the forms off thank god!! lol just on phone now to see what SH*t they have to say!! just going to ask what the scam is all about and to not waste my time and DEMAND my money back!! i am GUTTED!!!! knew it was too good to be true - how these people sleep at night i dont know!!!!!

- just spoke to some woman now and I said i have received my form etc but i am in doubt to send it due to all the scams - she said its got nothing to do with my application and if i want a refund then i have to send it in wrighting and said nothing to back it up about not being a scam so i said ' so your not denying it's a scam then? and she said there not etc.. and was stuttering so OBV they are!! :mad: she said they need my form and i will have the loan in 3 working days ! HAHA!! dont try and fooool me again!!!!! GRRRRRRRrrrrrrrrr will keep u updated in what happens!!! DONT FALL FOR IT GUYS!!!!!!! :mad:

I sent my letter last night to claim for a refund- called today to see if they had received it- Lady said it will take 3-5 working days until I get a response. She asked if I had sent the forms back (which I hadn't after seeing this forum) so she said because I haven't sent the forms back then I am entitled to my refund. I will give them 5 DAYS the most!! will keep you all updated!! SOooooo glad I found this forum before I sent the forms off!! instead of sending the forms off yesterday I sent a letter DEMANDING my money back!! haha bet there GUTTED!!!!! lol so THANKS GUYS & GALLS!!!!!! x

called them AGAIn today- eventually got hold of them on 0844 544 92 90 and asked if they had received my 2 letters i sent on Thurs and fri last week- which they said they had and that I will receive my refund in the next 2 days and that a letter and a receipt will be sent to me... will keep you updated when/if I do receive it! :T

I think i can shed light on this as i used to work for the credit people!!! I left when i found out what a con they are, not only do they trade as the credit people but also as credit problems no problem and credit assured services. They read off a script made up by the owner and fill in the forms whilst talking to you by hand. Never ever touch any of the above named companies!!!!!

Just to add when you call any of these companies you speak to the same people at each company they just pretend to be different and change there names, they're also all at the same address in bournemouth - TBC house is just a mailing address they hire.
