  • Oh dear - seems I am too late too! Appiled and paid the fee but now nothing! Even though they said my 3k loan was accepted etc?

Just called them and said about all the stuff I have read and they basically said 'we have investigated these forumns and all the people writing on them were the ones who gave false information???'

Also said lots of other stuff - similar to what I have read here but not holding my breath! Have been reasurred that my application is still fine and should get it tommorow!

Fingers crossed as have already spent this money and owe it to someone!

  • Ladies and Gents,

I work for a legal company and I have been doing some research on these companys and they are dodgy to say the least!
One thing I can recommend is contacting your bank and reporting them and your payment as a fraudulent payment to the company.
I am with Nat West and they were very interested in this company, and they investigating there scams.
    Good Luck….

  • wellll after chasing them since the 10/3/2010 on the phone and sending two recorded letters to get my money refunded they HAVE refunded £39.50 of my £49.50 admin fee yesterday. Whoop!! - although not sure where the other £10 went! - I shall call them and see!!
Suppose it's better than nothing though.:o
Keep at them peeps and u will get your admin fee back!!! X :T
  • I contacted "Credit Problem, No Problem" AKA " The Credit People" yesterday to get a loan for £500. they accepted my application almost immediately and seemed to be pleasant enough, he asked for my bank details to take an admin charge of £39.50 which i was reluctant to give, i asked for paperwork to be sent confirming the conditions of the loan which he agreed to and i stupidly gave him my card details.....i then went online and saw this thread.........THANK GOD! i immediately contacted my bank and had all my details changed and then i called The Credit People and asked them nicely to cancel my application....... i said i wanted no corresspondence/calls and the guy on the other end actually swore at me and hung up the phone. i called back to speak to the manager and was told that he was the manager and to F*ck off!!!!!!.....i was fuming!!! They are 1 big SCAM, They called me back initially on a mobile number which i thought was strange and thier unprofessional outright RUDE manner is shocking!...THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN!!!!!!

After completing a brief application online one of The Credit People agents called me from a mobile. I stupidly gave him my card details after he said I was guaranteed a loan, but then told the guy I didn't have any money in there and I would think about it. I was suspicious and found this thread. I have avoided using that account for a few days but had to briefly yesterday and the !!!!!!s have been in and swiped the £49.50! I have just called to complain and got some rude little twerp posing as the Manager...yeah right.... he was just obnoxious and obviously hardened to the verbal assault I was giving him. He basically said it was my fault for giving my card details!!!! I haven't even been sent any forms ....they have just stolen my money. The second time I called I got a nicer guy who told me to ring Customer Services on Monday. I'm not giving up until I get my money back. What a nasty bunch of crooks these people are. I don't know how they sleep at night.

Nor me.... I also don't understand how so many people keep giving out their bank details so willingly to the first random stranger who asks for it.
