Has anyone ever had the loan given to them from this company??
I too stupidly took up their offer yesterday before reading this web site so have paid my fee! I came accross this web site today so immediately rang them and read through some of these emails. They said to me that the people who did not receive the loans are people who withheld information and have guaranteed that I will get my loan next week (yes I know I wont after reading everything on this link), however I did mention watch dog, papers, trading standards and they were still adament that they have loaned many people with no problem and that this site is just people who have not given correct information during the loan process.
Is there anyone out there that has got a loan from this company?? And if it is so bad which it seems to be, why has trading standards not done anything yet?
look forward to your replys
By the way does anyone know of any company that will loan to ex bankrupts with poor credit history??0 -
thanks for your reply. Unfortunately I didnt pay by credit card as I dont have one so it was a debit card, so there wont be much I can do about that but will write to the address you have given and I will also write to trading standards, watchdog and whoever else.0

i hope whoever took my money reads this:
i applied for a loan as my partner had lost his job and we needed money urgently...not just for us 2 to eat
but for my 21 month old daughter and my 4 week old son to survive...i was willing to give them my last 49.50 as i had no other choice and we both have bad credit and have been refused elsewhere. i decided my pride was worth more than bagging sum1 for money as the lady was very very rude. she gave me the same lines as everyone on this forum. Only even tho i told her i dint want the loan anymore she still took my money.
Guess what me and my partner ate for tea that night...nothing!
and instead of my lil girl having her night time milk she had to have very weakened orange juice just so we can make the juice last. we managed to borrow 8quid for my sons baby milk.
but i didnt kick up a fuss as i thought we might of got the loan in the end....i have just read this and am totally disgraced at what our world is coming to. everyone is struggling in this recession so why the hell are people robbing off people...! i am on the verge of a break down as i am struggling to the point i dont have many options left....whilst these people are trying to make fraudulant money by taking off people with no money....!
i guarentee i will get my money back as i am not going to let them take the !!!!! i would also love to bump into these !!!!!es and see if they get mouthy to me then!!!!0 -
I don't know anything about this firm, but having just read your post, have you checked that you are getting all the benefits you are entitled to?
Check out your entitlements:

If your benefits have been delayed, then you can contact the DWP for a Crisis Loan in these circumstances:

You can also claim Healthy Start vouchers, to buy milk, juice etc., for the children:

We have applied for benefits which is not moving too fast...over a month before payments...we have also applied for a crisis loan in which they were willing to give £65....!
Not a great deal of money seeming rent has to be paid, food and 2 kids etc...!
Its a disgrace....my partner is 22 and have worked every day since he was 15 and i have worked since i was 16 up untill i had my 1st child...we both have crontributed to the taxing funding of our country and £65 is all we can get...!
Not only have i grafted but so have my dad, my grandad, my great grandad and so on....!
Its a shame i, white british, is put to the end of the list before i even matter to any1.0 -
like all of you i recently applied for a loan with the credit people and gave over my bank details but when the man said that there would be a £49.50 processing fee i told him that i would have to ring him back because i wasnt sure if i wanted to pay..... so i left it and because i didn't sign anything i didn't think they would take the money out...... but they did!! about 5 days later when i was expected to have money in my bank i had around £50 missing and i couldnt quite work out where it was from, but i found out it was the credit people.
when i read this forum to see how others had dealt with it i didnt want to write to them and waste more time and money so i just decided to go straight to my bank......... they tried to reverse the transaction (as they have done before when someones taken money without consent) but said they were unable to do so because the payment had already been authorised by the bank..... but the payment had not been accepted from teh credit people so my money is kind of in 'limbo'. i have to wait and see if they take the money and if they do i will just go to the bank and they can try and get the money back saying that it is a 'fraudulent transaction'.......
i would not waste your time with these people..... i phoned them prior to all of this and the woman said to write saying i want my money back.... but why the hell should i if i havnt signed anything and did not give my consent for them in the first place. im not writing to them if they are going to divert my letters and generally waste my time and money sending letters! .......... so if you have this problem guys then just go to your bank and explain to them whats happened because they are genuine people who may be able to help you before you have to go through these credit people scum.......... just try and get down to your bank the same day the money goes out because they may be able to reverse the transaction. hopefully i will get my money back stress free. and i know i wont mind waiting if my bank are dealing with the issue and not these crooks.
hope this helps0 -

I would chase up the delay in benefits/tax credits - ring them and demand to speak to a manager.
Stay polite, but stay firm with them.
If you are in council/HA housing, then explain to them that your claim for HB/CTB is being processed - if neither of you are working, with a couple of kids, then there is every chance that your rent/CT will be paid for you.
The CAB can help chase things up:

Unfortunately going to the bank doesn't always work as I was told, "you gave them your bank details, therefore we can't prove it was a fraudulent transaction"
As pain in the !!! as it may be writing is the only way to get the money back & doing it recorded too then letters can't get 'lost'0 -
OMG!!!! cant believe Ive only just read this. I found the Credit People's number in the yellow pages (is there anywhere you cant get scammed), they promised me that if i payed just off 50 quid they PROMISE the money my will be in my account by the end of the week latest. When i received the documents to sign it said the application will take 3 working days to process, this was after i explained on the phone that I needed the loan quickly as i will loose the 500 quid deposit i put on a car! I only sent it today so i guess by the feedback i wont be expecting anything promising. Well I now applied for finance from a company called Car Loans 4 U can anybody rate them or point me in the right direction because i really cant afford to lose 500 on top of the 49.50. thnx0

info that all of you may find interesting
the company have been registerd as a ltd and all of their details can be found at www companieshouse gov uk
They also had me with the scam after promising a loan amount of £1500. I got onto trading standards who told me the following info,
"Send a letter to them stating the Consumer Credit Act 1974 Section 155 and that you are giving them a deadline of 14 days to provide you with a refund minus £5 admin fee as laid out in the credit act of 1974."
I have spoken with someone today and they told me that if you had no responce within the 14 days to get back hold of trading standards and they will persue this issue further.
Hope this information is useful.0
