the point i have just made to them is that if a re-delivery results in me being charged again for the delivery then the buyer should not be given the option without my approval.:grouphug:

You get three delivery attempts with Saletrack just like most DHL re-sellers, this regardless of how the re-delivery is arranged.
Could it be possible they requested re-delivery on a saturday?0 -

i use parcel 2 go, they have a range of delivery options starting from just 7 odd quid including vat. give them a go. they are 100% reliable and youget tracking0

im sure one of the services has a postal options, i used another postal service once which i think was interparcel which had lots of good cheap options, i also find googling cheap parcel couriers brings some good results. Good luck leighv0

Hi - thanks, yes I can find lot's of couriers that can help - but I need an am (i.e. 8am to midday) pickup, and in order to find out whether they do (or don't which has been my experience up to now....) I have to go through registration, entering details, etc.... Thanks.0
