ah, i'll have to look at using a different courier altogether ?
shame as only just set up sale track account.
i am sending as a business by the way, and quite a few of my items are over £100:grouphug:

now this is getting messy...
i need to be able to acquire additional insurance, upto £200 usually, anything over that would go special delivery.
but freightsearch need you to enter weight and dimensions, something I can't stand having to do for any item let alone all of them.
ideas anyone ?:grouphug:

I think if you contact freightsearch they will set you up as a daily/regular sender. They will look at pricing, different carriers etc, but they will also give you a different/shortened booking system which would cut out the tiresome 'what are your dimensions' bit.0 -
good news, thanks for that.
i'll look into this on monday.:grouphug:

Of course, if the old DPD decide to re-imburse me everything that they owe me................
To be honest red I have no idea but they booked all my parcels via "Think Couriers" if that helps or hinders0 -

The big problem for you is that as MS Strapped found in this post, saletrack are letting only occasional senders send for £6.61 including vat, and on Europe Express Packages have got a lot it covered, with Interparcel and transglobal in supporting roles.
Good pricing, unfavourable market, zero trust.
Blows........
I have to admit that didnt mean a lot to me as it seemed to have little or no relation to my posts. I'm afraid the link didnt work, do I need to read ALL the threads for that to make sense or was it actually aimed at someone else?0 -
the more time i spend shopping around for a service that suits me, the more i think the unthinkable and consider going back to parcelforce (sorry for swearing).
i'm at a loss how saletrack can't offer additional insurance, £100 soon won't buy you a loaf of bread !:grouphug:

Can anyone recommend a seller for parcel weighing 17kg and is 206cm long x 40cm x 20cm.............for Mainland UK.
thanks0 -
Hiya, just booked a delivery via Freightsearch and once payment has been completed it has come up with two requests:
Print the labels out and attach them to parcel
Leave the contents open for driver to inspect
Now this seems news to me as I have never been requested to do so from Freightsearch before, and as A) I don't have a printer.I have just spent about 20 minutes securely packaging the box up ... so do I need to do/worry about either of these requests??
thanks
