I've had no problems with freightsearch and DHL.
As you've made 4 posts since joining and all of them sniping at freightsearch perhaps you ought to try a different company? You might be jinxed.;)

I used freightsearch for the first time a couple of weeks ago and everything was great, I would use them again if they were the most competitive (which currently they're not)

We've booked quite a few over the last 3-4 days without problems.

They did a no-show for me yesterday and the website is down now so I can't contact them - anyone got their email address for customer support?

I think there was a note on their website saying they would be doing development work on their site and it would be offline.
