Can someone please tell me, The UK UPS service through Interparcel, does it automatically create the label for you, or do they send it through? I'm not home all day, so if I send something, i need to be sure that the label comes through instantly.
I've used it a couple of times and the label has come by email as a pdf instantly.

They've been around since Aug/Sept time I think.

I would be interested to hear feedback on this goparcelgo service.

We had a parcel delivered this morning by a local courier, very rare! It had a parcelnet label:confused:
  • HELPPPP Does anyone use frieghtsearch ?
I have been contacted by them saying that I need to find another DHL Agent, but there was no real reason :( I was paying £5.09 per parcel and sending 80 a week.
Any recommendations to use for these regular pickups, DHL directly have quoted me £5.50 + VAT and I have loads of parcels to send :( pleae help a newbie

That's who we used for 5 months none, miles better than anyone we've used previously. For that volume I expect they may well be cheaper as well. Set collection time, no cut-off time, you can send up to 1.8m (unsurcharged).
  • Thanks Armitage I will certainly give them a call. Do you know why FreightSearch are telling me to find someone else? I was happy with their service!

    I use freightsearch.
I had a collection booked with them for DHL to collect today. The collection has failed.
I would advise not booking with freightsearch until someone posts that my failed collection is just a fluke as when combined with exwoolworths comments it doesnt look great.
  • Despite the above I would expect it to be a one off, mainly due to the fact because they are automated you wouldn't be able to complete a booking if there was a problem. Failed collections are almighty pain, but as we know part of the realities of couriers. :(

Just want to say that, I am astonished.
Out of the blue, I've received a full refund from Direct Parcel Distribution for my pre Christmas booking to Greece, which never materialised.

An email, at the time, would have helped, but hey, I'm not going to look a gift horse in the mouth!
