• I ordered some furniture for £700 early Jan, still no responce from 3 emails and no calls answered!

When was the last Known visit to the show room? Is there anyone close to Huddesfield that can confirm show room is still open?

It will be an interesting visit if I have to drive there next week!

In response to Akay.. having looked at previous threads...it looks like poppywoods drove up there on Saturday (14th Feb). FYI - I've been exchanging emails with Lisa @ BA at least 3 times today. If I don't get my goods by Friday, me and the other half will drive up there and get them to credit my account. All I can say is god help them as my other half is MAD AS HELL that they're casuing me so much stress.

If we do have to drive up there (it will take me 4hrs!!!) I will NOT be leaving their premises without confirmation from my bank that the refund transaction has been completed.

People are still waiting for their money even though they were told their refund had been processed. If they can take your money quick enough they should be able to credit it back just as quick....

I've been able to obtain the names of the directors of Bebe Amor via the Companies House website.

Emails have been sent to customercare@bebe-amor.co.uk and lisa@bebe-amor.co.uk (remeber to keep all your emails).

I'm also going to contact the actual pram/car seat company advisind them that one of their suppliers is giving their product a bad name. I'm going to put them under as much pressure as possible.

That's a very good idea..... I'm now off in search of the contact details for the manufacturer of the goods I've ordered....
• Hi all
I was concerned before I read all these comments and now i'm really concened! i placed an order in January and sent an email a week later as i thought delivery was 3-5days. In response i receivd an email from 'Lisa' saying that the order would be with me at the very latest in 2 wks and apologised for any inconvienience- that was on 21st January and despite sending numourous emails and making several calls i still have had no response. I'm not sure what to do now as i'm due my baby next week and need the goods that I ordered although i'm getting more stressed by the minute:mad:
• i phoned the consumer line and reported this on friday before travelling to huddersfield i think that EVERYBODY still waiting for good should do the same surely if they get enough complaints they will investigate.as i said in my previous post we collected the items that had and got a refund on my quinny which by the is credited on my cc account today don't trust them if they want the credit via internet.
i think they have a bad cash flow problem i think you will get your goods eventually but you will wait forever.
just to say i reordered my pram on sat from groovystyle and they confirmed today they had recieved my order and the items they didn't have in stock(due in weds) that don't take payment for the rest of my order will be delivered on weds :T .they have heard of bebe amors conduct and think it is terrible.
good luck everyone.
