bebe-amor, I paid for pram, never received, no answer

This company is unbelievable.... I've just been told by Adam that they are still awaiting delivery of the goods from their supplier....

So when I spoke to them (can't remember the name of the guy!) and was told that the goods were in the warehouse and were being despatched to me on Thursday for delivery on Monday, it was a blatant lie!

I asked to speak to any manager, and was told that they are out collecting goods from suppliers. I have therefore asked to be called by one of the Directors as soon as they are available.

I am in the process of trying to confirm if Bebe-Amor have in fact even ordered the goods from Cosatto.

andyj2- we too were told our goods were in the warehouse some time ago apart from one item... wen we got there the manager told us that the supplier was not playing ball and all items would not be in till end of march....i doubt they were even ordered in the first place!! i think they r trying to send me in2 early labour!

Cosatto have confirmed that they have got stock of the cotbed I've ordered, and have had for some time. So I can't see why Bebe Amor are not able to order it and despatch it to me.......

I spoke to "adam" the one time i got through also, he said he would do my refund - and well didnt!

It does seem they are selling products they dont even have and then keeping our money, makes me so sad and angry! Im having a bad week as it is and ive spent the whole morning in tears!

Well whoever is reading this on Bebe-amors behalf i hope you like causing stress to expectant mothers and unborn children! Sleep well tonight!

I wondered if anyone can help with regards to getting a refund from these people. I used my visa debit card through protex when ordering my cot which I have never recieved and will now need to order another one. does anyone have a number for protex? thanks

My friend ordered a pram on sunday night from glasgow pram centre, it arrived today, so i called to ask if the one i wanted was in stock, they said yes and would send today - so il keep u posted! should have it by friday

If not im in glasgow on saturday and will go to shop and get it :j

Also i have sent a report of whats happened to me to watchdog, wouldnt hurt if we all did this?

Im also contacting trading standards etc - im sure the fact im disabled, unemployed and preggo will help my case!

Maybe Bebe amor should read all this and start helping people!
