I also noticed the website has gone...The phones are actually ringing but suprise suprise no one is answering the phone!!!
For those of you still trying to claim your money back...best option is to go through your credid card company or Visa Debit Charge back...Abbey have told me if you can provide evidence (e.g emails, customer complaints) I shouldn't have any problem receiving a refund direct from them..0 -

I was just about to update you all - i just checked my credit card and YES the refund has gone one WOW!! I guess i was lucky!
I wonder why some get goods/refunds and others dont, its a lottery in there!!
Keep on at them everyone and definatly claim through your cards in the meantime, the sooner the better!

It looks like Protx have also removed their facility from the Bebe Amor website!
Although the website, is back 'up', there is no method of purchasing things through it !!!0 -

I did a product search and none of the prams like i ordered are there now, so maybe the suppliers are all withdrawing there items now? i think something has def happened!0

There are a few pictures for Bebe Jou products but that's about it!!!! All I can say is it's there own fault if the manufacturers have forced them to remove the advertising of their brands from their website (if that's the case!!). I wonder if they are still able to take orders over the phone....?

I should have followed my gut instinct with this trader, but I think I was blinded by the price.
I ordered a Cosatto Winchester cotbed, and guess what? It has not arrived. No answer to phone calls and emails, I have now cancelled the order and complained to consumer direct. I have also contacted my bank as I paid by Maestro (hopefully there must be something to fall back on there, one would think) and protx to see if they can offer something as they must be aware of this shocking company as they have ceased to provide their service to BA.
If anything, I am more disappointed in myself for forgetting that when something is too good to be true, that it is exactly that - too good to be true!!!0 -
Snap i ordered a Baby Confort Creatis Fix Car Seat on 19th Jan told 3-5 days delivery still waiting, I got in touch with Google Checkout and they contacted Bebe Amor but they havent replied to them. Managed to speak to Bebe Amor on 29th Jan only for them to say they had been trying to contact me as they didnt know what i had ordered as order was blank yet they had took money same dayand my copy of order clearly showed what i had ordered, and they couldnt have tried to contact me as have answerphone a emails and no messages left. They said would be delivered in 2 weeks now been 3. Have sent numerous emails no reply!!! and i have phoned and they have answered and put phone down so really annoyed think will have to go through bank and have refund
