What a Joke. I ordered a Maxi Cosi Cabriofix system on jan 21st. They took the payment there and then. I should also be pinted out that this was done via Google Checkout (nevere use this as you get no replies from these or help).

Just like the rest of you; no goods have arrived!

I even called the sales number and asked if they had a Maxi Cosi Cabriofix in stock ans specifed the colour. They said yes and that it could be despatched that day. So i asked them why have i been waiting several weeks then if its in stock? The guy then came clean and said it will be in stock on Monday (they always say that)

Anyway 30 days now and no money back (i have requested this 8 times in many formats, email, iGoogle, letter and verbal; could try smoke signal?

I have today requested a Chargeback from my bank (lloyds) They aresending me the forms to sign to issue the refund!

I just feel so strongly about this rogue company! Isn't it illegal to take money knowing you dont have the goods in stock or the means to supply the goods?

If my bank doesnt issue the refund within the next two weeks i shall visit the Bebe Amor shop and seize goods to compensate my loses. i think this is legal unless i sell them. So if there is enough of us we could emoty their shop? would be nice but i think the police would prosecute us and not thereal criminals! Typical British justice system! This is waht we pay ouor taxes for.

I have started a bebe amour facebook group. Log on and join. spread the news to evryone...the message is NEVER TRUST THIS SHOP!

I have located his home address; i wont post it here for legal reasons.

If you check this link http://whois.domaintools.com/bebe-amor.co.uk it will tell you who registered the web address. it was this company Footprint Leave Your Mark Ltd; but their address is different

If you then go to http://www.companieshouse.gov.uk/ and use the Search company information section it gives the correct address for Footprint Leave Your Mark Ltd

So the address in the http://whois.domaintools.com/bebe-amor.co.uk is Mr Green. this i know becasue the name of the web site will always be his; even if the company dies...so this is of value to him.

As stated earlier in this thread, you can purchase (£1) Bebe Amor's latest 'Returns' from the Companies House website, which gives you the personnal details of the 3 Directors of Bebe Amor.

The MD is Stephen Green. The other 2 directors are Julie Green, and Peter Winston.

I got my hubby to call our credit card and the £££s are pending and will be credited at midnight tonight!!! woo hoo!!

I thought I would offer a glimmer of hope to some of you out there. I ordered two car seats on the 13th Jan and have been onto BA weekly since then. I have been told countless different delivery dates - but none of them happened. I sent an email last weekend stating that if I did not receive the seats this week then I want a refund. I received a reply from Lisa last Monday saying that they will get delivery on Thursday (yesterday) and send the seats out by overnight delivery. I have been told this before so didn't hold up much hope.

Last night I received an email from Interlink with a consignment number. The delivery status this morning "currently on vehicle for delivery". It seems they weren't lying this time. I haven't received anything yet but it is looking hopeful. I will let you know if it arrives and if it is what I ordered!

Check with Interlink, Bebe Amor were producing labels at their end to generate a confirmation email and not send out the goods. I've contacted Interlink and spoke to a customer services manager (very helpful guy) who is looking into this. But talk to interlink to make sure the parcel are with them

Thanks for the warning, but I am looking at the actual Interlink website so hopefully it is legit. I have seen the status change from "at depot" to "on vehicle for delivery". The service is parcel delivered by 3pm so I will wait until then before getting worried!

The parcels have just arrived and they are what I ordered so I can finally stop stressing about this whole business. They only took nearly 6 weeks to deliver!

I hope the rest of you have some luck with your refunds/deliveries. Rest assured I will not be ordering anything else from BA and will make sure no one I know does either. It looks as if I was one of the lucky ones.
