I have spent £1,000 with them in Dec-08 for furniture ... I've followed trading standards advice and sent a letter on Monday via recorded delivery demanding a refund ... I was shocked to see all these messages ... I continue to ring but no answer ... at least some of are actually getting your money back ... I am considering going there today and camp out until I get my refund ... how can they get away with this!0

Spoke to a guy called Alan Dyson ... he said the "company is thriving" ... he said the managing director Stven Green is signing the cheque today and it will go out in the post today ... this was his personal promise ... I suppose I will have to wait a couple of days and then take a trip down.0

I've faxed and emailed my letter to Dorel UK and I've been advised that it's been forwarded onto the Sales Directors.... It will be interesting to see what they have to say about Bebe Amor... Can I encourage others to do as much as you can (even if you've got your money back!!!). The more people who complain the better chance of stopping them from TAKING OTHER PEOPLE's HARD EARNED MONEY.... !!!0

I personnally would not have accepted a cheque as a method of refund..... you've got no gaurantee that it either won't 'bounce' or be cancelled before you cash it.
You should have requested them to refund it directly onto your card.0 -
How can they be 'thriving' when one of their largest suppliers, Cosatto, is not suppying them with any goods, as Bebe Amor have not complete all 'steps' in the ordering process.
Read into that what you want........0
