I don't want to celebrate to early, but just got through after 2 days of trying and asked for a refund, they didn't even question why I wanted it (obviously don't care about their customers views) I will hold my breath for 3 to 5 days :rolleyes: in anticipation of my refund. Spoke to the guy at Interlink Express who wanted the names of the forum people were writing on so I pointed him in this direction so if anyone has had a confirmation email and the goods not turned up my be worth putting it on your message because he is monitoring, so he can go back to BA. Let you know if it goes smoothly, good luck to you all.:T0

I've just finished typing my 3 page letter to the Manufacturer. I'm enclosing the email threads from this site and also all my email correspondence to let them know what a rogue company they have supplying their goods. Bombard Dorel UK (Tel: 01842 763 281, http://www.dorel.com/marques.htm) with your complaints. They own the following brands Quinny, Cosco, Bebe Confort, Maxi Cosi and they NEED TO KNOW WHAT's GOING ON0

After the nightmare of last week with bebe amore i am pleased to report that my pram arrived today after ordering from groovystyle on monday i few items where out of stock and due intoday and true to there word the have now been despacthed and i will recieve them tommorrow :j .bebe amore will be bankrupt at this rate i just wish we could worn all the others that will order from them in the future.
i just would like to know how BA carn't get there stock in within 6 weeks and GS get theres in 3 days??????????????????

Rang my bank yesterday and the refund has gone in thank goodness!! We have seen the exact same nursery set in kiddisave so will be buying from there
Trust me the drive to Huddersfield was well worth it i advise you all to do the same if u can before this place closes down G ood luck to you all with your refunds0 -

ok so apparently the refund was done - i even got a ref number !!!!!!?? it isnt on my card as yet and he couldnt say what day it was done!!! getting angrier!0

I sent a letter yesterday via Recorded Delivery, requesting the order was cancelled, and they make a full and immediate refund onto my Debit Card, and NOT via a cheque!
Will ring them later if I get chance, to confirm they have received the letter, and that they have actioned the refund.0
