  • The bit I'm struggling to get my head around is how puddings and snacks will fit into the plan. If i eat a small dinner and still have room for pudding I guess that's allowed right?

I'm just worried that I will only eat the foods that aren't good for me. How can this be healthy?

Good to know it works! How long did it take you to lose the two stone? I have 4 stone to lose really, and was hoping I would see a big difference by Christmas!

I lost 24 lb and did that in about 5 months.5lb a month which doesn't sound a lot but small steps(& I don't think I stuck to it all the time) and it stayed off until I gave up smoking!!!
This time no fags are involved & I'm exercising for 45 minutes 3-4 times a week.
If you follow the rules,I'm sure you'll see a difference in no time :)

Can I join you all with following PM? I could recite his book cover to cover I've read it that often and I've had small success but never really broken my bad habits and as such have fallen off the wagon.
I think it's a great way to deal with overeating and diets. The tapping REALLY works for my chocolate/sweet cravings I just need to use it first before thinking in my head "oh I can have what I want" LOL!!!
Not sure on how much exercise I will fit in (my only chance is of an evening when kids are asleep around 9pm and most days are like today at the mo and I've been awake since 5am with my daughter). Still not going to make excuses and onwards with the positive thinking!!!

I found that I was actually WANTING to eat healthy stuff!! as for the puddings and snacks you eat when you are hungry and stop when comfortably full so might not want puds and snacks.

Hoping that I'm back on track now after the week from h*ll ..........very stressful week both at home and at work. Listened to the tape this morning and Am feeling a lot more positive today..

Welcome to more newcomers! Great to hear some success stories on this programme, it really helps those of us that need motivation.

I'm :o to say I've not been strict enough again! Hubby went to China on Wednesday and I was going to go back to this but it didn't happen, oops! I have only been eating when I feel hungry though, so that's a start. Now if I can just build on it...

Evening all, hope you're all getting on ok. Day 2 and so far I'm managing to stick to the rules, although struggling to drink lots of water (if at all)
It seems almost TOO easy at the moment, let's see what tomorrow brings...

That's my problem. I don't drink enough liquid. I find it hard to get a litre in never mind 2!!!
Not stuck to it religiously today but am determined to do so tomorrow. Didn't overeat for tea tonight (and my pasta dish was lovely :p). Still got the leftovers for tomorrow.

I don't think liquid is the problem as I can drink endless amounts of tea (and vodka at the weekend:rolleyes:), I'll have to drink squash instead as I find water a bit...dull.
Just switched over to PMK on Living +2,I'll see how long I can take it before all the 'whooping' puts me off !!!
