*creeps in the back door* :o

I've fallen off the wagon big style for the last 10 days or so.......

Strangely enough I could hear the little voices telling me I wasn't hungry, was full enough etc but chose to ignore them  and stuff down cake and bread and butter:o

Hopefully back on track today but I have put back on everything I'd lost:rolleyes:

I've just been to the canteen and bought a fruit salad because I wanted it and I was hungry!!

Hope everyone else is doing ok and yes QS, I did finish the ironing mountain :D I had to cos I had no clothes left :rotfl:

    OOPS!! Double post - Sorry!!

    Hi all

Still not bought the book yet, no. I need to go do it (note to self).

I seem to have levelled which I'm grateful for. I've been consciously eating all of last week without much effort from me. That's when I know things are looking up, when it's natural. Still managed to scoff crisps and dip whilst watching PS I Love you. Can't manage to consciously snack at the moment. I'm sure when I do, I'll have cracked it.

Hope to weigh myself tonight and see a bit of a drop so here's hoping.

Well done to everyone and good luck with your efforts.

Sorry, not a member of the online club.
Still getting on okay with this, had lovely fruit bread from Starbucks for my breakfast ( I was hungry and had walked a mile before I got there!) and have been full ever since, so have only just had a small sandwich for my lunch! I knew this must have been working a little bit yesterday when I found an unopened packet of mini eggs in the cupboard and only ate half of them because that was enough!!!
Have stood on the scales and have lost weight, but won't tell you how much yet, as I'm going to stick to the rules and only officially weigh in every four weeks! So I'll update next Thursday! Although 5 days of that I fell off the wagon!
Off out for a meal with work tonight so will have to see how that goes....

The 'I can make you thin' paperback with CD is half price in WH Smiths this week - £3.99 I think.

Thanks - I stopped eating junk, and started running using the couch to 5k podcasts. Need to kick start it again so just joined SW but saw the book on Friday and thought about doing both. DH already thinks I am obsessive about my eating, and would get even more excited about hypno therapy so giving it a miss for now.

Hello everyone,I would like to join you all in this if I may. I've got the 90day journal & the CD's & I tried it 2 years ago & lost nearly 2 stone but like others have said, you cannot become complacent because if you don't follow 'the rules' it's very easy to basically pig out & pile all the weight back on again:rolleyes:
I find the method does work as long as you stick to 'the rules'.
I've worked out that I go on holiday in exactly 90 days time so that is what I'm aiming for, I would like to lose a stone. This works out approx 1lb a week which I think is do-able (hopefully more)
My form of exercise is using My Fitness Coach on the Wii, I'm going to try & drink more squash (don't like plain water) & listen to the CD's every other day if I can.

PS- I was going to post last night, but at 11.15pm OH came home with a prawn curry!!! Disaster I hadn't even wanted it, so I applied some of the 4 rules and left about 1/3 whereas normally I would have scoffed the lot without it touching the sides.
Sorry for long post, hope it makes sense-need to get out of 9 pm boredom eating rut and be motivated towards holiday and slim self...
Luck to everyone, I 'll be back tomorrow...

I've been doing it for four weeks and dh hasn't even noticed! I listen to the tape first thing in the morning after they've all gone out to school or work, and I don't think they've even noticed my change in eating habits! I'm not being secretive, it's just that I've been to weightwatchers etc so many times that I thought hubby would just think....oh here we go again! So I'm determined that as this isn't a diet, just a life change, I wasn't going to make a big thing about it, just get on and do it. Well done with your running, I used to do a lot and even ran a 10k race a few times ( at a size 16-18) so I wasn't exactly fit! I will get back into it at some point, as I enjoyed it, but I think I'll wait until I can fit into that tracksuit again, as I'm currently a size 20-22! I do walk a fair bit though and always enter the race for life, usually running most of it...

    Welcome irchy,
Good to know it works! How long did it take you to lose the two stone? I have 4 stone to lose really, and was hoping I would see a big difference by Christmas! I am really enjoying the fact that I'm not constantly thinking about what I want to eat next... I can eat it, I just wait till I'm hungry! And if there's any left over it will still be there tomorrow! The bag of mini eggs I talked about earlier actually lasted over three days! That's unheard of in my house!
