Desperately trying not to weigh myself. But tried on a pair of jeans I usually wear for going out. Felt looser so that's a plus.
Am still not drinking enough water. Is it really so bad if it has squash in it? I don't really enjoy plain water and it puts me off drinking it.........
Played badminton as usual last night and had quite a good work out. But feeling tired and lazy at the mo (been awake from 5.30am) and feel like I have a headache brewing grrrr not good.
Just eaten 4 bourbon biscuits and a banana. Should have had a drink first. Oh damn.......

  • Another 2lbs off this week..... 1 stone 10lbs in total. :j

I don't understand why this is working, but it is and it's the easiest thing in the world. :D

I haven't listened to the CD so I should really do this.

Hope you're all getting on well, Ging x

Hi guys! How are you all getting on? I know hypnotherapy does work, but have not tried it for weight loss, and need to do something as I am piling on the pounds steadily. Have you found that the CD helps you?

definitely helping me jamtart, and I am the biggest sceptic around! It's not so much the CD although I think that has definitely sunk into my consciousness somewhere, it's just the whole plan itself which is so easy!

I went out for a meal last night, had the most delicious starter, most of my main and then just did not want any more, no desperate desire for a pudding! Today I've been to a buffet in work and even though I didn't eat as slowly as I should I still stopped when I was full. I will be quite happy if I can eat like this forever!

If you have sky or cable his american show is on Living this week from 8pm. Not sure if they will repeat it though as it was around 4 or 5 hour long shows.
His website doesn't go into details but I heard that somewhere was selling his book for £2 - could have been Tesco or Sainsburys -sorry baby brain strikes and I can't remember :o
It's a really short book and comes with the CD (although I can't say the CD has had much impact on me. i normally listen before bed and I fall asleep :rotfl:)

4 weeks and lost 7 lb! I would definitely recommend buying the book and CD It just explains it so much better than I could but basically the rules are
    Eat when you are hungry
Eat what you want, not what you think you should.
    Eat consciously, enjoying it all
    Stop when you are full!

    That's about it!

    Hi Everyone,

Can I join you all?. I just got the book & cd from Amazon today, hoping to start on Monday. I got my DS to put the cd onto an old ipod he gave me so I can listen to it in bed.

I'm a real yo-yo dieter, currently wearing a size 22 top. When I was pregnant with DD I lost loads of weight, but it didn't take me long to put it all back on.

My SIL is getting married in August & I would love to lose weight for the wedding. With all I know about weight-loss, I should be about 7 stone, not 15st 11lbs. I know my portions are too big & I enjoy a drink at the weekend.

    Chat soon :j

    Hi everyone :hello:

Sorry I havent been posting much lately - its not that I havent kept with the rules in fact just the opposite. I have now lost 1stone 5lbs since starting Mr Mckenna and frankly its been easy - yes I have been exercising a lot so I guess for me thats a big part of it but its worked it really has. I eat so much of what I want to eat its hard to believe I keep losing. I havent much more to lose before I become skinny :D:j not as bad as it sounds as I am naturally skinny so I do want to be back there - never thought I would be so happy to lose all my boobs :rotfl::rotfl:

So keep at it peeps it works :T
