Welll I didn't quite manage 1.5L yesterday but I wasn't far off
I did walk loads and had my swimming lesson which was brilliant :T
and I ate LOADS of veggies
So quite a good day yesterday! Off for another swim at luchtime - need to practice:j:j
I haven't weighed but I have measured and I've lost some inches :T

listened (well, fell asleep to!) the CD both nights,
drank more water than before
and crafted! :j

Hello everyone,
I have only been on here a couple of times because I have not been doing very well with the old PMK lateleyI tend to have one good day and then it all falls apart!!
BUT from today I am back on it for good!! so my personal targets are:
1) Drink more water - I don't drink nearly enough!
2) Eat much more slowly
3) Stop eating when I am satisfied - I keep pushing this further and further until i am actually stuffed!!
So I am going to keep checking in here and words of motivation would be very gratefully received!!

Hiya Spuddy :hello: and welcome! I had more bad days than good at the start but keep at it, it gets better!
Didn't do very well on the water yesterday :doh:I manged about 1L and a zillion cups of tea OOPS!
I did ok eating wise though and went for a swim at lunchtime :j
Dancing today :dance::dance:belly dance at lunchtime and then 2hours latin and ballroom tonight :dance::dance: Love it:D
Meant to tell you, I was really late home after my lesson the other night and I was STARVING :EasterBun but I walked past the chippy and came in and cooked myself pasta because I WANTED it :eek:

what did you craft qs? I am making some posh cushions for a mates birthday atm and its a great way to not think about food:D
Right ok so my update (laugh and point if you must:D)
2 litres of water every day so far so good
1 extra bit of exercise 5 days out of the 7 did the garden for an hour yesterday so thats 1
Listen to the CD 4 times this week not done yet but will do 1 tonight
Start again with the journal tomorrow is another day
Today I am going to go to my local David Lloyd gym because they are doing a deal for 7 days for £20 which seems like a good deal to me. I could never justify paying for a year as I know what my motivation level is like with gyms but I think I can handle a week in a posh gym with pools (indoor and outdoor so bring on the sun!!) Hopefully will join in with some of the classes as well so butt moving could get much better for a week:D0 -
Well things are going well so far, I had muesli for my breakfast (poured myself a small bowl but could still only eat half of it!!), then had a meeting at lunch where they provided sandwiches and crisps so I had one cheese sandwich (ate most of but not all) crisps (half a bag) and one Jaffa cake and then I was satisfied so I stopped. Not been full once today so that’s really good, also drunk plenty of fluids today (water, tea and coffee, all decaf by the way so it does all count).
So now I just need to motivate myself to do some exercise when I get home from work tonight - any tips anyone?

I'm doing OK as far as my targets go, still drinking more water than normal - think the hot weather helps.
- I'm crafting - well, reading the mse forums about it! :rotfl: I make greeting cards Nelski, I say 'cards', yesterday I made one for my nephew whose birthday it was today!
- I'm still falling asleep to the CD, but not got back to doing the journal yet.
- I'm doing a fair bit of walking every day, normally laden with shopping, so that counts as my exercise! And no, not got back on the bike - yet!
I've just noticed your question spud, bit late really, but maybe you could start by going for a brisk walk in the evening...?

I really need a one to one with Paul Mckenna or someone as good , cds and books just dont work in my opinion, i can diet and lose weight but never on the long term and i am now heavier than ever!
I know how to do it but life gets in the way i would love to be hypnotised by someone who is really good! but if it was that easy would'nt everyone be doing it?0 -
I have been very good this week in the Gym. been 4 times, a total of over 3 hours.
Now I just need to stay away from the sweeties!0 -
Going to catch up with you guys tomorrow. I went to WW yesterday. I hated it.....gonna give this another go. I have all the discs and books and love it when I am really up for it. But right now I must to my bed go.I don't get to come on here too often.
