Cooooeeee! Here I am rockie! :D

Sorry not been around, I've been distracted by the crafty sections of mse, used to love doing crafts, not done any for a-ges! Going to get back into it -Keeping busy is a good technique for not thinking about food! :D

Hubby went to China again yesterday so that'll help, now all I need is the kids to go back to school next week!

(As I was typing this, my 9 year old snook past me, hiding something behind his back - it was a pair of scissors! He was going to cut his own hair!! So glad I stopped him! < phew! > )

Well done losers and keep up the good work! :D

Hi, Where'd everybody go? (Has Nelski eloped with PMK?:D)

I have to confess to not following this programme recently, but I'm DEFINATELY going back to it next week when the kids are back at school. I've only put 2lbs back on (so that's still 6lbs off ;)) but thats probably because I've still got that little voice in my head telling me not to eat unless I'm hungry.

When I was on the programme I felt so much more confident, more motivated to do stuff, I loved it... and I know that the only way to get that feeling back is to get back to it! I will, soon...

How's everybody else? mich, did you join the club? details to share? vicks, spuddy, rockie - how are you getting on?

    I

:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: yes we eloped and ate lots of horrid diet foods but we ate them really really fast, didnt chew and when we were not hungry either:eek::eek:

Actually I have been a bit lapse this week which is very typical of me - find something that really works then stop using it:rolleyes::rolleyes: Like you qwiksave some of it appears to have stuck at the unconscious though as I am sticking to the hungry/eat what I like/eat slowly (ish) and drinking at least 1.5ls of water but I have not listened to the CD at all this week and after all my bleeting about getting the journal I did it for 2 days and stopped:o So I now have a very naughty weekend food and drink wise with my brother who seems to feel the need to feed me up and make sure my glass is never empty (that bit is genetic:D) but tomorrow is weigh in for me so Im hoping I havent undone too much then its back to it next week. Does anyone fancy a challenge for a couple of weeks? maybe number of times agreed to listen to CD/ excersise/ water consumption? Just a thought I am always more motivated by numbers!!

Kids are back at school, hubby still in China, its Monday morning (& sunny!) and I'm definately going back on this plan. Summer's on its way and that means skimpier clothes!

I've even bought myself a trendy water bottle for carrying around (I'll just make sure I put the lid on it properly this time!)

I'm up for numbers Nelski, suggest some to me and let's go for it! :j

*slides in the back door* :o I've not been very good either - very stressed week involving unwanted visiting relatives:mad: arriving when I was in the middle of decorating:eek:

But the slowing down the eating and stopping when full has stuck so I've not been as bad as I could have been........

Back with a vengance this morning after trying 3 pairs of summer pants on yesterday before I found a pair that looked half decent

I will try harder with the water this week - promise! :p

As it's such a lovely day I'll go for a walk at lunchtime, I've got my pedometer on but I haven't even made 3000 yet

Ok well I was thinking us committing to weekly targets and then reporting in regularly:o

For me this week (start Tues) I need to focus on:

2 litres of water every day
1 extra bit of exercise 5 days out of the 7
Listen to the CD 4 times this week
    Start again with the journal

Ok thats my stuff for the week.

Ah! Gotcha! You meant personal targets! OK...

    I'm personally going to try:

Listening to the CD every day this week
Remember to take water out with me & have more indoors too
    Restart the journal today
Walk faster (instead of gently strolling) and get on my bike at least twice this week.
Keep busy - crafting :jand ironing (booo!)

Brilliant day yesterday :D apart from dropping and breaking my pedometer:mad:
Lots of exercise today as I'm starting swimming lessons (improvers) after work :jand I'm on the train today, so lots of walking as well!!

    Personal targets for this week:-
    1) Drink more water, try for a litre and a half a day
    2) Walk more
    3) Increase the variety of veggies I'm eating.
