i also weighed myself this morning and am 13st 1.5lb
i'm at my heaviest and not happy
still... i'm full of good intentions now and intend to give Paul McKenna's I Can Make You Thin system a go
I believe Paul McKenna recommends not weighing every week, but every two weeks instead, so I might do that (which will be hard, because I'm used to weighing myself more often).
can I join in with the challenge? I'd like to lose 7lb this month (and more if i can manage it!).0 -

My first day back to sensible eating today ! Said no to the choccies and had light healthy meals... off to get chicken breast and rice !0

i've had a look at caloriecounter site but they don't go up to my weight
think i'll have to try a good old fashioned note book. I've got about 10st to lose so half a stone this month would be great. I feel posting on here will actually keep me on the straight and narrow, guess it's the scales tomorrow.0 -

Can i join in on this too?
I'm 5' 1" and before i got pregnant (although i was only 17) i was about 8.5 stone. I'm not planning to get back to that weight as i feel better with some curves but i'd like to be 9 stone. Calorie Count site tells me i'm severely overweight
The heaviest i ever got was 11st 3lb and that was when i weighed in 3 weeks after giving birth - now i'm at just under 12st.
The site gives me a target date of next January with 1350 calories per day, goal weight of 8st 3lb. I'll be happy with 9 or even 9.5st so we shall see how i get on.
I've gained loads of weight since getting last May when i got my first car and my first office job - before that i worked in a large hotel on my feet all day and walked everywhere (or at least to bus stops!)0 -

You can change the goal weight on that site as the weight it had to me is also unatainable. I think it aims for BMI 22 whereas I can just scrap BMI 24.5 and struggle to get any lower!0 -
2lbs off here this week. I havent eaten anything that different really as yet but have stopped drinking alcohol for January (well maybe a glass with Sunday dinner or if I go out) and managed to avoid the takeaways so far lol. I'm going to try and have a short walk each day too to increase the activity levels.

Have just completed my food log, it says i've eaten 1,865 calories today That's including the sugar and milk in my tea, i drink loads of it at work
::eek: Is that amount of calories really bad?
And there was me thinking i'd not been that bad cos i've been at work:eek:
