Hi all!
Could I join with this too please?! I've never worried about my weight, never been on a diet and never wanted to be. I didn't think my weight was too bad, until I went to see my doctor just before christmas. She weighed me and told me that I am overweight and need to do something about it now.
I moved in with my boyfriend about 3 months ago and I was then just over 9 1/2 stone, I was just under 11 stone when the doctor weighed me.
I was seriously gutted and started to hardly eat anything. I bought a Wii Fit last week and am currently on my 6th day of working out with that. Not sure what I weigh now, will do that tomorrow and put it on here. I also seen sense with the not eating thing too - I've cut down on my portions and frequency of meals but not to a ridiculous level.
My Wii Fit weight loss goal is 1 stone 8 in 3 months.0 -

Well, I weighed myself before work today and I weigh 12st 11lb which is half a stone less than I thought so I'm happy:j .
Had a good day today. Foodwise it has looked like;
B-Banana and Soya milk smoothie
L-Ryvitas, cottage cheese, satsuma
D-Jacket Potato, chilli, cottage cheese
Kiwi fruit
Mini toblerone (really mini) as a treat.
Made some yummy parsnip and butternut squash soup for later in the week.
Off for a bath in a bit to stop me from eating anything else today. No exercise (other than a day running around at work) but heading back to the gym tomorrow.

I'd like to join too please. I would like to lose half a stone in January by eating sensibly and cutting out chocolate. However, I'm worried about constantly weighing myself as when I dieted before I got so hung up on gaining a lb that I would just break my diet. I'd like to take it slow and steady and gradually change my eating habits whilst losing weight. Hope it's still ok to join the thread as I need moral support.0

I want to join too as I need to lost some weight as my clothes are all getting too tight, including my uniforms for work.
I'm planning to exercise more, & to eat better which is hard to do at work being I'm often eating on the run.
I'm currently a size 12 going on to a 14 & would love to get back to a 8-10, I've got about 1 st 7lb to lose to reach a bmi of 22.
The wiifit does weigh you as well but i've heard it's not very accurate, think I'm going to use my scales rather than my wiifit.Total debt £13318 :idea: paid £5660 Left to pay £7658 57%
