Can I join too please, I've woke up with a stinking hang over even thou the new years resolution was NOT to drink...bottle of wine later and thats blown.
I did go swimming last night, swam for an hour so thats a positive.

Well I weighed this morning and I've lsot 2lbs since Friday!:j I'm really pleased I found this thread as I wasn't going to start my diet til today so I would have had more to lose and I wouldn't have lost 2lbs! Of course that isn't 2lbs of fat, more water and reducing the amount of food in my system (so to speak) still its a step in the right direction.
We had roast chicken dinner yesterday so I boiled up the carcass and I'm making chicken soup with canellini beans, veg and maybe lentils if it needs thickening up today. I might have chicken omlette for lunch if the soup isn't ready in time but having leftover chicken for tea, probably in a tomato based sauce with rice.
Was going to go running today but we've had some snow so might do a dvd instead, really need to get moving withh some exercise!

It does...but the default view is BMI...I have to click the weight button during the body test to see how much I've gained/lost since the last test. To see how much I actually weigh(ed) I have to click on me, click on the graph (bottom left) and then click "weight" at the top. Easier/quicker suggestions gratefully accepted
EDIT just read Oreo's post...now I'm wondering if I've lost weight at all if the wiifit is inaccurate..hopefully over the month it will at least show if I'm going in the right direction0 -

Can I join too please? I have signed up to the calorie counting site - not really done that before so should be interesting! I start back at the gym tonight after nearly 2 weeks of little exercise! Got weighed with friends last night and I am 183lbs. I would love to lose 7lbs of that in January.0 -
Count me in I have just stood on the scales to find out that I am 16st 10lbs I used to be 8st 2lbs. Thats a whole other person I'm carrying around, no more, enough...
I much prefer the thought of looking at 7lb targets much more achievable than looking at my end goal of 10st thats just to far away and scary.0 -
Yesterday was a strange day food wise - I ate some of the remaining Quality Street because they were there. I cooked myself a spag bol and defrosted the leftover tagliatelle from last week - enough for a portion, remaining 3 portions of spag bol (sauce) in freezer. I also had two slices Soreen maltloaf. I did a lot of going up and down stairs too carrying heavy stuff to my shed.
Today, I got up had a coffee (semi skimmed milk and one sugar), I had another slice of Soreen and then headed to the day spa. I sweated it out in the steam room (I will have to take some eucalyptus with me as my sinuses seem to close up) and in the sauna. I had lunch there too - one cup hot chocolate (no sugar), one homemade leek & potato soup with some warm french bread, cheese & red onion ciabatta with some green salad. They tried to tempt me with chocolate brownies but they were just too big.0 -
Well I weighed myself this morning - 13 stone. That is the heaviest I have been in my life, even heavier than when I was pregnant!! Logged on to calorie site - allowed 1250 cals per day. Says I need to loose 42lbs. Not sure I want to loose that much as I tend to look too thin at 10.5 stone, so a couple of stone will do me - but one thing at a time. Half a stone for January would be great!! Good luck to everyone.0
