Tell your OH that squats will help strengthen your thighs which can only help at certain intimate times!

    I've been Money Tipped!
Feeling a bit glum about it all this morning. PMS I think, feeling very bloated and ravenous :( Why do hormones seem to demand serious carb fixes? Even my mucky coat for dog walking and horse stuff feels tight :( oh well, moaning doesn't help does it?! After the success of the tesco's soup DH bought me a couple of Marco Pierr white soups for this week. WARNING, the black bean one tastes ok, but smells of three week unwashd armpit. The tast is certainly not worth braving the smell, so th second half of tub will go uneaten :(.

    Morning folks!

Welcome to the new members. To those who have joined us halfway through, just adjust your target - what we are aiming for is to make weight loss achievable, so if you only have two weeks to go, then you only have 3.5lbs to lose...

Basically, so long as you aim to achieve 2lb a week on average, you'll get your half stone award ;)

As Dragon says, we'll be here each month with another half stone challengeso you don't need to look at the bigger picture. :D
