I stayed the same this week which after having to take medication for a load of last week I am actually quite happy about!

Re the wheelchair idea - the area Dr Dragon has found best for walking is gravelled AND I am planning on sending back the chair in any case as it has to be stored either in the middle of the lounge or middle of the kitchen
Do not meddle in the affairs of Dragons, for thou art crunchy and good with catsup :D

    Well done to everyone!

Those of you who are on target - you are going great guns! Keep it up!

If you haven't lost this week, you probably know the reason - and just think, if you hadn't been calorie counting, the damage could have been so much worse, so good for you for sticking with it and not losing the plot!

I lost 1lb this week - I was on target up to yesterday, but the 50th birthday bash scuppered me, I'm afraid.

Never mind, this is the start of a brand new week!!!

We still have three weeks to go so....
Lets get LOSING!! That half stone is DO-ABLE!!!

    i lost 4lb this week!!!

i'm very pleased, as i haven't done any exercise due to being ill all week. but i didn't have any appetite at all, so i guess that's what's caused the loss!
