    Today's food:

Breakfast (late) - one slice of toast with butter
Dinner (early) - HM pasta bake, I ate about 2/3 of the portion

That's it. And I'm not hungry at all. I am definitely starting to feel a bit lighter.

Well I weighed myself tonight and had a fab surprise - I know that I weighed 13 stone before I went away and now I am down to 12 st 2lbs:j

Breakfast this morning - one glass of Sanguinello orange juice
Dinner: Roast beef, peas, roast spuds, gravy followed by a slice of Artic Roll
Tea: A slice of homemade quiche and I ate a banana

Drank 2 coffees all day but these are now made with one spoon of sugar.

    WOW! Well done Horace!! xx

I fell off the wagon today - I was feeling down and succumbed to comfort eating and a couple of glasses of wine - I did stop myself though, instead of blindly continuing, so it isn;t all bad, I just hope I haven't trashed my weight loss.

We shall see - tomorrow is weigh in day. I may have to shave my legs...... every little helps..........

    Well done Horace, that's amazing!

You've inspired me to try not to fall off the wagon this week - normally I stuff my face while I'm away with work..watch this space :D

(especially after the big gain last week, really tempted to give up :o )
