Breakfast this morning - one glass of Sanguinello orange juice

Drank 2 coffees all day but these are now made with one spoon of sugar.0 -
WOW! Well done Horace!! xx
I fell off the wagon today - I was feeling down and succumbed to comfort eating and a couple of glasses of wine - I did stop myself though, instead of blindly continuing, so it isn;t all bad, I just hope I haven't trashed my weight loss.
We shall see - tomorrow is weigh in day. I may have to shave my legs...... every little helps..........I'm a retired employment solicitor. Hopefully some of my comments might be useful, but they are only my opinion and not intended as legal advice.0 -
Well done Horace, that's amazing!
You've inspired me to try not to fall off the wagon this week - normally I stuff my face while I'm away with work..watch this space
(especially after the big gain last week, really tempted to give up)
