i have just been on very catalogue website theres no mention of hp .we had a credit account with a £2000 credit limit. we know that if items wasnt paid in full in 12 months then interest would be added on to the items. so i dont think its classed as hp etc0

Did your DRO intermediary add the balance of the BNPL items onto the balance of your catalogue?0 -
yes everything was included in the dro to the last penny. i was just making sure that they cant ask for bnpl goods to be returned with them being used or worn. the only thing with bnpl goods is interest isnt added on til the interest free time is up then they whack you with interest.0

Hi.
i had BNPL with very on quite a few goods. My DRO was granted in september (i think) am i haven't heard a peep from them. My thought would be that they would be highly unlikely to asked for used goods back as they probably can't resell them.0 -
we have just been informed that both of our dro's have been sucessful. we hope now that we are debt free at last . thanks for everyones advice on here.0

You'll be debt free at the end of the 12 month moratorium period when you finish the DRO.
the debt still exists (in case you have any changes that cause your order to be revoked) but the creditors cannot take further action against you or chase you for payment0 -
dro sucessful on 21/1/11. how long does it take for creditors to get notification of this as the last few days we have been getting automated phone calls from natwest for payments to be made. up to now we have had 20 phone calls from them. !!!!!!0

When you get your confirmation (by post) the creditors should also get theirs. Allow a few days for the message to get through to the correct department.0
