hi well my oh is finally taking the plunge and going bankrupt, what i want to know is because its only him going BR would i need to put down what i earn and also child benefit which gets paid into my account and child maintenance for my dd. I only work part time so i dont earn a lot. thanks.I will lose 2 stone by this summer!!!!!!0

what happens to bank accounts on a dro? I have an account with santander who i dont owe money to..will this be frozen ? Do I need to open another account as my tax credits and housing benefits need somewhere to go.

Should be OK. There might be a problem if you have other debts to Santander but a bank account in credit is not a debt and so doesn't get listed.0 -

You will be fine. I have an account with them which i was using just before my dro was granted and it hasn't sffected it at all.0 -
thanks, im going to the cab tomorrow. i have my credit report, proof of cb AND TAX CREDS. what else will i need? also what is accepted for household expenses? i have a 3 year old and a 5 month old. x0
