Use the ignore button Fed up mate. That way you dont see his posts at all then we can just ask everyone not to quote him:T
You are still 50% AF for January and that is something to really celebrate (with a cup of tea and a piece of cake of course;) ) Please dont be fed up with yourself you are on a journey and have made some really positive steps. Do something today that will make you smile
Bismark you did really well to resist. Maybe chuck that wine away today it will probably be off by now anyway:D It was good to see the guys pulling together to support you. thats what this thread is really all about.
Jo I can see you are about, are you OK? come and update us soon.

Morning all
Different Corner - hi - I totally relate to your post about feeling emotional and inward looking, that's how I get when I have too many too.
After 9 days "dry" I decided last night to have a just two glasses (okay, big glasses - about half a bottle) of red wine with the chilli I cooked for dinner. I was determined to stick to this, and I did, and I really loved the taste, and I made my half bottle last a good couple of hours, which is rather amazing for me.
But, guess what?
Went to bed fine, didn't even feel remotely tiddly, but I woke this morning with a really rough head! Just can't believe this! A week or so ago, I could down a bottle, (followed by a Baileys) and wake up the next day with no sore head.
So now I'm thinking - perhaps I'll just stop totally, I dunno. In a way I'm kind of pleased that I do feel a bit rough - cos it might strengthen my resolve...
Also, guess what we are doing this morning? Taking all the empties from the last few months down to the bottle bank, because our shed is full:D
I think we may have to hire a lorry;)
Good luck all

wasn't me..not had wine in the fridge since 2007...and then there was never anything left over once the bottle had been opened.
think it was someone else who had the open bottle and I was saying that if I'd had some, I'd have been at risk....
yeah - everyone's thoughts were great...there will always be times when it's tougher...the trick is battling through and doing what's right.
gotta go...
