    I spoke too soon.

A combination of factors and no -one's fault in particular but I could MURDER a bottle or five of something extra strong.

I know it will pass and it's probably down to the cold weather and January blues but I feel really, really frustrated and liable to bite someone's head off...

on days like this it's very hard to believe I've been through this before.

    take care

    Bis

Bismarck - that is a good idea of Mollys, go and cuddle your kids or distract yourself in some way or just talk on here to us.

I am feeling a bit wobbly myself, I have about one glass of wine left over from the other day and it's downstairs in the fridge as well so it's ready to drink. I keep thinking it's not worth ruining an AF day for just one drink though so I will resist.:o

    Hope everyone is okay.:A

it's times like these that the stuff's a walk and a purchase away...if it was in the fridge it would be a tough call...but it's for times like these that the fridge is empty of such things.

    I'll be fine soon....honest guv!

Yes exactly, that is a good idea to keep temptation further away, like I should do. :D

I hope you feel a bit better anyway Bismarck. It is miserable this time of year though. Do you have a fail safe way to cheer yourself up? Mine usually involves some type of junk food.
