Why do we do it??? I never seem to think to myself "Oh, I'll do that gradually". I just end up making myself miserable and feeling like a failure! Well, not any more! This is the year to improve myself but to relax a bit with myself and go with the flow a bit. I figure any reduction in the amount I was drinking has got to be good and beneficial for my health.

    Miss P
    xx

P.s Well done on the 6/6!!!!

...that I knocked together, and as per Jjefs request I've posted the recipe on me blog

    http://lardloss.blogspot.com/2009/01/thai-green-or-red-curry.html

    The emphasis here is on:
    • Value for money,
    • Healthiness,
    • Taste,
    • 'Bloke' measurements - (some of this, a squirt of that, a bit of that etc)
No messing around with scales or measuring jugs. This is about fun, experimenting with things and finding out what works. Let me know what you think and if you like I might even post my roast pepper soup recipe...

    GP, that sounds delish!

Have you seen Mrbadexamples thread for blokey cooking? Had to get someone over on OS to help me find it! All his cooking efforts are in real time including preparation and photographs before, during and after!
