put me down for another AF lurkio.
slept ok last night until little one toddled in wanting to get in mummys bed, very cute but she doenst half wriggle. so still feeling shattered today, i look ming as well. but i am ok, better than yesterday, going to see slumdog millionare tonight + am pretty sure it will be AF. although when i took the kids to the cinema on New years day i was shocked to see they sold booze!! has anyone else seen that? is no where safe???!!!!

Why do we do it??? I never seem to think to myself "Oh, I'll do that gradually". I just end up making myself miserable and feeling like a failure! Well, not any more! This is the year to improve myself but to relax a bit with myself and go with the flow a bit. I figure any reduction in the amount I was drinking has got to be good and beneficial for my health.

Have you seen Mrbadexamples thread for blokey cooking? Had to get someone over on OS to help me find it! All his cooking efforts are in real time including preparation and photographs before, during and after!
