Good morning everyone, Im not usually up so early, but I feel wide awake today. Had an o.k sleep, I'l have to stop drinking coke in the evening as it took me ages to get off!

I think everyone was in it to make me drink last night.

Probably a bad idea to watch "Oz Clarke and James May Trawl Around England Finding The Best Bitter",

Then a mate called who I haven't seen for a while and brought me a bottle of wine.

Then he told me he was off for a curry and a beer with his new girlfriend and would I like to come.

But I was good, stayed in read a book instead. Still alcohol free. But I really felt like one last night I sulked a bit.
