Day and night No 19 AF for me today, guess how I have celebrated? That's right with a glass of cold beer.

Ginger beer that is!!! Nearly a full bottle of spicy ginger beer, lovely!. That's my April target hit and another one tomorrow before my holiday next week.

hang on in there jo & 115k sounds like you're both battling your demons. & dotty don't chuck more money at drink to help you forget the money troubles. Being short of dosh is a constant grinding pressure.
I'm not craving a drink but wine is just "there" in my mind all the time....or does that mean i am craving but won't admit it?

Good luck with the diet jo jo, as fluffy says cutting down alch can only help.

Ok Quasi :D - try and get through until 9pm without a drink. When you get to 9pm, you can decide to have a drink, but you may decide not to have one. Don't make the decision now, but at least give yourself a chance by going through until 9pm AF

    Evening all,
I am pleased to say i've nearly finished my book and i'm enjoying it, I would have struggled at work today with a hangover so i'm glad i had an early night. so its AFD 5 for me :j
I've got some work to do so i'm going to crack on with that for tonight, and look forward to an end of week drink tomorrow night. I went shoping last night and its so much cheaper without buying alcohol!
dotstar24 - don't beat yourself up, i'll be thinking of you
