I really need to stop drinking alcohol.
I just feel like I need a beer to wind down at night. It's all psychological.

    Just a quick hi,

Wasn't AF last night but only had a couple of glasses of wine which is a huge improvement on a bottle and a half!!

Not sure what today will bring, but am going to try and not drink mon-thurs and see how that goes?

Hope you are all enjoying this beautiful sunny day :j

    Hi

Jo- how about putting your kudzu drops for the day in your bottle of water- you can steadily swig it all day feeling smug that you are tackling your cravings, flushing out your kidneys and generally rehydrating- might do this myself, god I'd feel smug! Don't forget the diet and vitamins- it'll all combine and out will emerge a new you!

Someone has called my bluff today re: 'Oh, I can't possible go to the gym, I've got noone to go with and nothing to wear'- old mate turned up today with a pair of trainers that will fit me that don't fit her, saying shes booked us both an induction session on tuesday evening, and shes paid for us both up front so I'll have to go- cripes!!! My first thought was to rifle through my make up to make sure I've got enough waterproof mascara, eyeliner and lipstick to stop my face falling off if I sweat to much-not sure if this will be absolutely neccessary but I'm not taking any chances.

    Good luck today everyone.

    Hi Jo1972

Well done for starting the 14 day challenge . As someone who has drank a bottle of water every day for last few years can I suggest that you wash out the Evian bottle when it is finished and fill it with tap water tomorrow. It will save you 60-70p per day and the mineral water is not any better than tap - believe me !

    Good luck
